Today, I get raw and vulnerable about my own participation in communities online, and how I finally feel part of something bigger than myself. I also discuss how posting with expectations of responses is something I’m working hard to overcome. 

I feel like building community should be one of our biggest aims in life – we cannot get through everything alone.
