Today’s episode is all about PERSPECTIVE – mine can be waaaaay too negative at times… I’m not an optimist, and live a lot of my life in pessimism.

I am sharing how overwhelmed I’m feeling right now, and how I’m working on solving it – it’s all about seeing that silver lining! I’ve realised that if I can change perspective, I can begin to cheer myself up!
